SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

Join PwC's global team as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, working with HR stakeholders to design, configure and implement cloud‑based HR solutions for local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Design, set up, test, and deploy SAP SuccessFactors prototypes and production solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
• Collaborate with project teams, delivery leads and client stakeholders to create tailored HR solutions.
• Develop strong client relationships, provide consultancy on optimal SAP technology solutions, and challenge client thinking to deliver the right outcome.

Required profile

• Interest in HRIT trends and HR processes.
• Practical experience as an admin or key user of SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, Learning Management) – a plus.
• Analytical thinking, strong organisational skills and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally on an ad‑hoc basis and hold a university degree.
