Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

Join Airbus Defence and Space in Bucharest as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a two‑year limited contract. You will act as a strategic hiring consultant, building pipelines of innovators and leaders to support the Romanian Initiative for Strategic Expansion (RISE).

Key responsibilities

• Partner with local leadership to assess talent needs, create job profiles and align recruitment with business growth.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technical, operational and strategic positions, supporting the RISE expansion.
• Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies using AI tools, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, apply modern assessment methods and ensure cultural fit with Airbus values.
• Collaborate with Group HR and Employment Communities of Practice to ensure compliance with Romanian labour law and global guidelines.
• Represent Airbus at university fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• 3–6+ years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in a matrix‑organized international corporation (aerospace, high‑tech or engineering).
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related field.
• Proven ability to work in high‑volume, fast‑paced recruiting or ramp‑up projects.
• Fluency in English (C1/C2) and Romanian.
• Strong alignment with Airbus core values.
