Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Iasi. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, helping attract and hire top talent to support our growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, referrals, and university partnerships.
• Write and publish engaging job ads tailored to each role.
• Represent the company at job fairs and employer branding events.
• Track recruitment KPIs and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout all hiring stages.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high‑volume recruitment and white‑collar hiring.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Strong command of MS Office.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job platforms.
