Sales Development Representative with German

About the role

Coface, a global trade finance group offering trade credit insurance, business information, debt collection, single risk insurance, surety bonds and factoring, is hiring a Sales Development Representative in Bucharest. The position is a 2-year fixed-term contract and follows a hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and customer appointments and build customer relationships by nurturing prospects, identifying new potential sales channels and using new contacts.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospect appointments, involve Sales colleagues in the next steps of the sales process and coordinate meetings between prospects/customers and Sales Managers.
• Identify best practices to optimise the lead and appointment generation process.
• Analyse customer needs, build trust-based relationships with potential clients and present relevant products.
• Proactively research new sales opportunities in the market, document activities and report on sales performance.

Required profile

• Solution-oriented attitude, strong communication skills and a persuasive approach to customer interactions.
• Industry-specific knowledge in Business Information is a plus; experience in credit insurance, factoring or debt collection is an advantage.
• High target orientation and a strong understanding of sales KPIs.
• Excellent German and English skills.

• Proficiency in common software tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
