Commercial Team Manager (English-speaking)

About the role

VEO Worldwide Services, an international clearance company with 20 years of experience and part of the NOZ Group, is looking for a Commercial Team Manager to lead its acquisition team in Constanța, Romania. The role drives performance and shapes commercial strategy in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 4-5 buyers, driving commercial performance
• Manage daily operations and acquisition activities with a hands-on, strategic approach
• Coach, evaluate and develop team members
• Track KPIs and results, analyse performance and report to senior management
• Shape strategy and propose action plans to meet and exceed targets
• Work cross-functionally with buying, marketing and commercial teams

Required profile

• Leadership experience of at least 1 year and a passion for helping people grow
• People-oriented, able to inspire, coach and empower a team
• Results-focused, hands-on and confident in English (B2)
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
