New Business Sales Manager - Trade Credit Insurance

About the role

Coface, a global trade credit insurance and business information group, is looking for a New Business Sales Manager in Bucharest. You will hunt for new business in cold markets, build trusted relationships with clients and sell tailored trade credit insurance solutions, while meeting monthly and annual sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target new business in cold markets using research, networking and tools such as CRM systems, LinkedIn and cold calls
• Understand client needs and offer tailored trade credit insurance solutions
• Run the end-to-end sales process, from first contact to activating client accounts
• Work with internal teams to deliver accurate pricing, complete offers and contracts and set up new accounts efficiently
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals

Required profile

• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in finance, B2B sales or service-based industries
• University degree (economics preferred)
• Conversational English
• Category B driver's licence, as travel outside the city is required
