Commercial Team Leader with English

About the role

Veo Worldwide Services, an international clearance company with 20 years of experience and part of the NOZ Group, is looking for a results-driven, people-focused Commercial Team Leader to manage its acquisition team, drive performance and shape commercial strategy. The position is based in Constanța, Romania, with a Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5 to 7 prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations and make sure commercial objectives are met.
• Track KPIs, analyse results and propose action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate the team toward performance.

Required profile

• Leadership experience of at least 6 months and a passion for helping people grow.
• People-oriented, able to inspire, coach and empower a team, and hands-on, working side by side with them every day.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Confident communication in English (B2+) and ability to work in a multicultural setting.
