MUSA Strungar Operator

About the role

The MUSA Strungar Operator is responsible for operating and adjusting specialized machinery within Airbus Aerostructures' production line in Brasov. You will ensure that machining, drilling, cutting, forming and surface/thermal treatment processes are carried out accurately and safely according to predefined specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Adjust the machine, jigs, tools and parts before each production run.
• Perform machining, drilling, cutting, forming, and surface/thermal treatment operations following the controlled process of the equipment.
• Verify that all operations comply with part definitions and reference documentation.
• Monitor machine behaviour and intervene promptly to maintain optimal performance.
• Maintain a high level of awareness of compliance risks and act with integrity at all times.

Required profile

• Professional experience in machine operation within an industrial environment.
• Strong awareness of compliance requirements and a commitment to ethical conduct.
