Data Warehouse Engineer

About the role

As a Data Warehouse Engineer at PTC, you will support the modeling, development, optimization, and automation of the CDOPS data warehouse, ensuring high‑quality data for Business Intelligence teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support development of dimensional data models for areas such as Technical Support, Operational Expenditure, and Web Analytics.
• Create and maintain ETL pipelines using DBT, Apache Airflow, and GitLab.
• Help manage Snowflake assets, optimizing storage and compute with Terraform.
• Collaborate with BI developers to provide Business Data Marts for analytics use cases.
• Assist in documenting data models, processes, and system designs.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of analytical and dimensional modeling concepts.
• Strong SQL fundamentals and familiarity with cloud data warehouse technologies.
• Introductory experience with Python for data workflows.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive, learning mindset.
