Commercial Team Leader with English and Italian

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Commercial Team Leader to manage a small acquisition team in Iasi. The role combines hands‑on leadership, KPI monitoring and strategic commercial planning in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors, working side‑by‑side daily.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Track, analyse and report on KPIs, proposing corrective action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach and motivate team members to achieve performance targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience.
• People‑oriented with a passion for developing others.
• Results‑focused and comfortable with measurable outcomes.
• Fluent in English (B2+) and proficient in Italian (at least B1).
• Holder of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
