Commercial Assistant with French

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Assistant who is fluent in French and English to streamline our post‑order processes. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to reduce administrative load, shorten order‑to‑delivery times and resolve disputes efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and all parties involved in the post‑order process.
• Oversee accurate and timely payment of supplier invoices.
• Check and validate documentation during the pre‑order phase.
• Monitor delivery status of ordered goods.
• Analyze transportation or delivery disputes and propose effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and time‑management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English (B1+) and French (B1+).
