Field Sales Engineer

About the role

The Field Sales Engineer will develop new accounts and expand existing ones within an assigned territory in Romania or Hungary. You will work closely with key customers and distribution partners to secure design wins that incorporate Monolithic Power Systems' products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to EU revenue growth through direct and indirect technical activities.
• Provide technical support to customers, helping them meet or improve requirements with MPS products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and execute sales strategies for the market.
• Communicate customer requirements to the Sales Manager and gather market and competitor information for product strategy.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
• At least five years of power‑supply design experience or experience as a Power Supply Field Application Engineer.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
