Commercial Team Leader – English & Spanish/Italian

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Team Leader to head a group of purchasing specialists in our Ploiesti office. The role combines hands‑on management with strategic oversight, ensuring the acquisition team meets its targets while fostering a supportive, high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of 5‑7 purchasing specialists.
• Provide day‑to‑day proximity management and support for the acquisition process.
• Recruit, train, evaluate, and supervise team members.
• Transfer tasks efficiently and offer problem‑solving assistance.
• Analyze team results, report to senior management, and propose actions to achieve KPIs.

Required profile

• People‑oriented with a passion for motivating others.
• Results‑driven and able to turn objectives into inspiring goals.
• Adaptable, hands‑on, and willing to work side‑by‑side with the team.
• Proficiency in English (B2 or higher) and Spanish or Italian (B1 minimum).
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
