Key Account Manager - Power Generation

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Strategic Key Account Manager for Power Generation projects based in Stefanestii de Jos, Ilfov county, serving the Bucharest metropolitan area. The role balances nurturing existing strategic accounts and developing new business opportunities across Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for assigned strategic accounts, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and expansions, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Prospect and secure new business to expand market share in key sectors.
• Participate in tenders and bidding processes.
• Ensure successful execution of contracts, meeting quality, cost, and time expectations.
• Act as primary customer contact for commercial, financial, and legal matters.
• Develop long‑term strategic partnerships, positioning Aggreko as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• University graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in customer management and business development with a proven track record in revenue ownership and complex contract negotiation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent organizational, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and a Category B driving licence.
