Strategic Key Account Manager – Power Generation

About the role

Join Aggreko as a Strategic Key Account Manager for Power Generation projects based in Stefanestii de Jos, Ilfov county. You will split your time between growing existing strategic accounts and creating new business opportunities across Eastern Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Own the P&L for assigned strategic accounts, meeting revenue and profitability targets.
• Lead contract negotiations, renewals and expansions, identifying upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Prospect and secure new business to increase Aggreko’s market share in key sectors.
• Participate in tenders and bidding processes and ensure successful execution of contracts.
• Act as the primary commercial, financial and legal contact for customers and develop long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 7‑10 years of experience in customer management and business development, with a proven record of revenue ownership and complex contract negotiation.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, excellent organizational, negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) and a Category B driving licence.
