Commercial Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical Commercial Business Analyst to own planning, forecasting, quota setting and performance measurement across our commercial organisation. You will work closely with Sales, Account Management, Finance and Strategy teams to align goals and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end commercial forecasting across product lines, customer segments and regions.
• Design and manage the annual quota‑setting process for Sales and Account Management teams.
• Develop, maintain and optimise commercial compensation and incentive programmes.
• Plan territory structures, account segmentation and ensure scalable coverage.
• Define commercial KPIs, build dashboards and deliver regular business reviews.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, Sales Operations or Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to synthesise complex data into clear recommendations for leadership.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
