Commercial Assistant (French Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Commercial Assistant who is fluent in English and French to support our procurement operations in Brasov.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the post‑order process to ensure efficiency and reduce administrative burden.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and involved parties to facilitate smooth operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of supplier invoices, double‑checking all documents and payments.
• Monitor delivery timelines and resolve disputes related to transport or delivered goods.
• Propose solutions for process improvements and effective dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and time‑management skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and keen eye for detail.
• Fluency in English and French (B2‑C1).
