Assembly Subassembly Assembler – Metal Parts

About the role

As an Assembly Subassembly Assembler you will work on the production line of Airbus Aerostructures, shaping and preparing metallic components that are later integrated into aircraft structures. The role is entry‑level and focuses on hands‑on material forming and basic quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Perform material forming operations such as bending, cutting, assembling and drilling of metallic parts.
• Carry out first‑level maintenance on tools and equipment used in the production process.
• Conduct first‑level quality inspections to ensure parts meet technical specifications.
• Follow technical instructions, work orders and job cards to produce compliant components.
• Handle raw materials, tools, standard parts and documentation required for each task.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidate with basic mechanical aptitude.
• Awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Material forming (bending, cutting, assembling, drilling).
• First‑level maintenance of production tools.
• First‑level quality inspection of metallic components.
• Interpretation of technical documentation and work orders.
