Project Manager (M/F)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead projects to meet time, scope, cost and quality targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) in line with customer expectations.
• Define, implement and drive the project team and organization across all phases, including matrixed resources.
• Integrate lessons learned effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage risks, opportunities and contracts (internal and external) proactively.
• Coordinate and oversee partners and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Maintain compliance with internal and external rules and regulations.
• Monitor project performance and report progress to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Professional experience in programme and project management within an industrial environment.
• Strong awareness of compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity.
• Ability to work in matrix organizations and collaborate across functions.
• Experience managing contracts and supplier relationships.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
