Service Sales Person – Bucharest

About the role

Our team in Romania is growing rapidly and we are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Service Sales Person to be based in Bucharest. In this role you will lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively develop and create customer relationships in your area of responsibility.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints together with the KONE team.
• Document and maintain customer and contact information.
• Accountable for leads, opportunities, orders and contracts to meet sales budget and pricing targets.
• Identify customer needs and match them with KONE solutions.
• Responsible for pricing using approved tendering tools.
• Validate that contract contents align with the negotiation outcome.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in complex sales process management or key account management.
• Experience in similar industries working with developers, main contractors and consultants.
• Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs.
• Proven track record in sales with strong customer focus.
• Futuristic approach and passion for new technologies and digitalisation.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
