Customer Data & Pricing Specialist – Maternity Leave Cover

About the role

Alcon is looking for a Customer Data & Pricing Specialist to cover a maternity leave. The role supports the sales force by managing customer accounts, pricing data and ensuring compliance across ERP and CRM systems. You will work closely with sales, finance and customer teams to keep data accurate and processes efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain customer accounts and pricing data in ERP and CRM systems.
• Perform validation checks to ensure customers meet required standards before activation.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Customer teams to resolve data queries and improve quality.
• Investigate pricing issues, identify root causes and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in data, operations or administration roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Science or Engineering.
• Exposure to SAP or similar systems is a strong plus.
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication in Romanian and English.
