Commercial Team Leader with English and Spanish

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 5–7 prospectors.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure commercial objectives are met.
• Track KPIs, analyze results, and propose action plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and motivate the team toward performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of leadership experience and a passion for helping people grow.
• People‑oriented, able to inspire, coach, and empower the team.
• Results‑focused and motivated by measurable impact.
• Hands‑on, working side‑by‑side with the team daily.
• Confident communication in English (B2+) and Spanish (B1).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
