Order Management Analyst (SAP)

About the role
We are looking for an Order Management Analyst to join Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on timely and accurate order and quotation processing using SAP, while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with price, availability, order status and product information.
- Process customer returns and manage claims through SAP.
- Extract and analyse SAP reports to monitor open orders and invoicing status.
- Communicate daily order execution updates to customers.
- Raise requests for creating and updating SAP master data.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
- Follow and apply internal procedures and perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Required profile
- University diploma or high‑school diploma.
- Fluent English (C1) with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Customer‑service experience with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and adapt to changing priorities.
Required skills
- SAP (order and quotation processing).
- Microsoft Office – Excel and Word.
- English (C1 level).
