Order Management Analyst (SAP)

About the role

We are looking for an Order Management Analyst to join Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara on a 2‑year fixed‑term contract. The role focuses on timely and accurate order and quotation processing using SAP, while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with price, availability, order status and product information.
• Process customer returns and manage claims through SAP.
• Extract and analyse SAP reports to monitor open orders and invoicing status.
• Communicate daily order execution updates to customers.
• Raise requests for creating and updating SAP master data.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Follow and apply internal procedures and perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• University diploma or high‑school diploma.
• Fluent English (C1) with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Customer‑service experience with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and adapt to changing priorities.

Required skills

• SAP (order and quotation processing).
• Microsoft Office – Excel and Word.
• English (C1 level).
