Order Management Analyst (English)

About the role

Bosch Service Solutions in Timișoara is seeking an Order Management Analyst with strong English skills to join a 2‑year fixed‑term contract. You will be responsible for processing orders and quotations in SAP, ensuring timely and accurate execution while supporting customers throughout the order lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with price, availability, order status and product information.
• Process customer returns and manage claims using SAP.
• Extract, analyse and monitor open orders and SAP reports for invoicing.
• Communicate daily order execution status to customers.
• Raise and update SAP master data requests.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects.
• Follow and apply internal procedures and perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• University diploma (or high‑school diploma).
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer‑service experience with strong attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking, ability to synthesize information and work independently.

• SAP (order and quotation processing).
• Microsoft Excel.
• Microsoft Word.
