About the role
As a Collections Officer you will manage the end‑to‑end collection process for Romanian clients, using your Czech language skills to communicate with customers and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices. The position is full‑time, Monday‑Friday, with a hybrid work model based in Bucharest, Brașov, Iași or remotely within Romania.
Key responsibilities
- Contact customers by phone and email to arrange payments and resolve disputes.
- Reconcile daily and monthly accounts receivable balances with customer records.
- Collaborate with Billing, Credit and Cash Application teams to address receivable issues.
- Escalate unresolved cases to management and follow through to resolution.
- Achieve monthly collection targets and propose process improvements.
Required profile
- Minimum B2 proficiency in Czech and strong English communication skills.
- Positive attitude, flexibility during month/quarter/year‑end closing periods.
- Experience in customer service, handling complaints and cash collection is an asset.
Required skills
- Proficient use of MS Excel.
