Order to Cash Operations Associate – Turkish Speaking

About the role

Join Accenture Operations as an Order to Cash Operations Associate, supporting collections for Turkish‑speaking customers. You will work in a hybrid setting from Bucharest or remotely within Romania, handling finance‑related queries and ensuring timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Reconcile client accounts and perform revenue‑recognition checks according to policies.
• Receive, analyse and resolve customer queries to secure on‑time payments.
• Utilise tools such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
• Apply finance procedures to solve policy‑related issues and flag risks.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English.
• 1‑3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school diploma (mandatory).
• Team‑player who can handle urgent matters reliably and proactively.
