About the role
Join Accenture Operations as an Order to Cash Operations Associate, supporting collections for Turkish‑speaking customers. You will work in a hybrid setting from Bucharest or remotely within Romania, handling finance‑related queries and ensuring timely payments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships.
- Reconcile client accounts and perform revenue‑recognition checks according to policies.
- Receive, analyse and resolve customer queries to secure on‑time payments.
- Utilise tools such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Outlook and Excel for daily tasks.
- Apply finance procedures to solve policy‑related issues and flag risks.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in Turkish and English.
- 1‑3 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Bachelor’s degree or high‑school diploma (mandatory).
- Team‑player who can handle urgent matters reliably and proactively.
