Business Performance Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Business Performance Leader to turn data into actionable insights and drive performance across our commercial sites. Based in Brașov, you will work closely with managers and leadership teams to influence decisions and implement improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse key performance indicators and identify gaps in business processes.
• Develop and execute improvement actions to optimise performance.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to support strategic decision‑making.
• Collaborate with managers and leadership across multiple locations.
• Propose and integrate digital and AI solutions into business workflows.
• Travel to commercial sites to implement performance initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with solid business understanding.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Power BI.
• SQL (preferred).
