Technology Global Controls Analyst

About the role

Join Marsh's Technology Global Controls team in Cluj-Napoca to help application teams meet governance, compliance, and operational resilience requirements. This hybrid position requires at least three days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Support application teams in maintaining disaster recovery plans, critical application inventories, and dependency mappings aligned to policy, RTO, and RPO.
• Coordinate disaster recovery exercises, track artifact completion, and validate evidence for audit readiness.
• Help teams complete business continuity plans, BIAs, recovery strategies, and event readiness documentation.
• Monitor application-level controls such as access reviews, change management evidence, attestations, and configuration baselines.
• Support vendor risk assessments by coordinating with application teams and the centralized Vendor Risk Management team.
• Maintain inventories, ownership records, control mappings, compliance dashboards, and prepare reporting for governance forums.

Required profile

• Approximately 5 years of experience in controls, technology risk, compliance, audit, resiliency, or IT operations.
• Basic understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, BIAs, and RTO/RPO concepts.
• Strong organizational, follow‑up, and written communication skills with an audit‑ready mindset.
• Familiarity with control compliance initiatives, evidence collection, or policy refresh programs.
