Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) UX Specialist

About the role

Accenture Industry X is looking for a Teamcenter Active Workspace (AWC) UX Specialist in Cluj-Napoca to support a Teamcenter PLM adoption project for ASML. The role improves and optimizes the Active Workspace user experience by turning business needs into scalable Teamcenter solutions and promoting the use of standard platform capabilities. It works closely with business stakeholders, architects and development teams to support solution design, user adoption and continuous platform improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Teamcenter Active Workspace solutions to support business processes and user needs.
• Translate user and business requirements into scalable, maintainable and user-friendly solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, architects and developers to drive platform adoption and continuous improvement.
• Support Teamcenter data model and configuration activities, ensuring solution quality and long-term maintainability.
• Contribute to solution design and implementation in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes and maximize the use of standard Teamcenter capabilities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience working with Teamcenter PLM solutions.
• Hands-on experience customizing and configuring Teamcenter Active Workspace.
• Strong understanding of Teamcenter data models and PLM processes.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and business stakeholders.

Required skills

• Teamcenter Active Workspace customization and configuration.
• Teamcenter development and configuration tools, including BMIDE.
• Knowledge of Java and enterprise application environments.
• Preferred: Teamcenter migration, modernization or adoption experience; Teamcenter / Siemens certifications; German language skills.
