Senior Embedded C++ Low Level Developer and Architect

About the role

Accenture Industry X is hiring a Senior Embedded C++ Low Level Developer and Architect in its Embedded Engineering Capability in Cluj-Napoca. The team focuses on embedded software and system engineering, with experts in the railway, automotive and other industries.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement complex low-level drivers in modern C++, including tests and documentation.
• Integrate existing drivers from suppliers.
• Review and approve requirements, architecture, design, code, tests and documentation.

Required profile

• Experience in multi-core development.
• Nice to have: experience with MISRA, CERT and other static code analysis standards, and knowledge of safety and security standards.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of modern C++ for embedded firmware and drivers.
• Knowledge of low-level buses (I2C, SPI, MDIO, CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Understanding of RTOS and embedded OS concepts.
• Experience with gtest and gmock for C++ unit tests.
• Nice to have: Tricore, ARM and POSIX knowledge, AUTOSAR knowledge, Python and PyTest experience.
