ServiceNow Technical Architect

About the role

Accenture, a Global Strategic Partner of ServiceNow, is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect in Bucharest to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for its clients. The role involves architecting systems, giving technical guidance and making sure solutions align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations, meeting client needs and industry best practices.
• Work with clients and cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and turn them into technical designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams on ServiceNow projects.
• Stay up to date with ServiceNow platform advancements and emerging trends.
• Assess existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
• Ensure the security, scalability and maintainability of ServiceNow solutions.

Required profile

• At least seven years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Proven track record designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
• Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, and demonstrated leadership ability to guide teams.
• Strong client-facing and consulting skills.
