Senior Specialist Risk & Security

About the role

The Senior Specialist – Risk & Security supports Marsh's technology risk and information security agenda, strengthening risk governance and enabling informed decisions. Based in Cluj‑Napoca, this hybrid role requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and integrate information and data management frameworks within the existing Risk Management Framework.
• Design localized IT, Data Management, and Cyber Risk frameworks aligned to enterprise standards.
• Provide guidance to business and IT leaders on regulatory expectations and risk exposures.
• Lead technology risk engagements globally, delivering actionable outcomes.
• Produce risk reporting for leaders, committees, and boards, highlighting IT risk exposure and trends.

Required profile

• Undergraduate qualification with 5–8 years of experience in Financial Services.
• Experience in Information Security, Risk Management, or Audit.
• Strong knowledge of IT risk assessment programs and information security principles.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and present recommendations at executive level.
