- Set and own the plan for statutory reporting, local audits and filings, manage outsourced statutory preparers, and act as lead contact for local auditors and filings
- Work with the Director and global auditors on the global audit, agree audit plans and PBC lists, manage queries and defend accounting positions where appropriate
- Lead the accounting aspects of entity set-ups, expansions, acquisitions and system implementations, and support internal controls over financial reporting with internal audit

- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent (Big 4 training preferred) with 10+ years of post-qualified experience, in a US GAAP listed technology company with international operations or in Big 4 practice at senior manager level or above
- Proven ownership of the close across multiple international entities in a multi-currency environment
- Experience of statutory reporting and audits across more than one jurisdiction, and of supporting entity set-ups
- Track record of influencing and delivering results through others without direct authority, and of improving processes and delivering automation, including AI tools
Required skills
- In-depth IFRS and good working knowledge of US GAAP, including revenue and leases
- Experience in a SOX-compliant environment is a plus
- Preferred: experience with Microsoft D365 or OneStream, advanced Excel skills
- Ability to work autonomously and across time zones
