About the role
Roland Berger, a global consultancy founded in 1967 with 2,400 employees across 35 countries, is hiring a Consultant in its Bucharest office, which opened in 1992. As a Consultant, you will be pivotal to your project team's results from the start.
Key responsibilities
- Be responsible for a project module
- Conduct interviews with clients
- Prepare for and take part in workshops
- Analyze data and present results
- Prepare presentations
- Coordinate the work of junior colleagues
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, financial services or a leading multinational company
- Excellent academic record; an MBA is an advantage
- Fluent Romanian and English, ideally with an excellent command of another foreign language (German or French preferred)

- Sound business know-how and industry insights
- Structured approach to problem solving
- Strong analytical and conceptual abilities, result orientation and self-motivation
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
