Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Generative AI

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer specialized in Generative AI to design, build, and operate enterprise‑grade AI‑enabled solutions. The role is based in Cluj and requires at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical design and delivery of complex AI‑enabled features or services.
• Build and evolve full‑stack applications using modern frontend (React, TypeScript) and backend frameworks (NestJS/NodeJS, FastAPI/Python).
• Integrate Large Language Model capabilities into production systems and guide proofs of concept to scalable solutions.
• Own end‑to‑end technical solutions, including design, implementation, deployment, and operational readiness.
• Champion engineering best practices such as code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to other engineers.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with production systems.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Large Language Models in applied or production contexts.
• Strong communication skills and pragmatic delivery mindset.
