Senior AI Full Stack Developer (Python & React)

About the role

Accenture Industry X, part of Accenture, works with global clients to turn their businesses into AI-enabled enterprises, building Generative AI, Agentic AI, RAG architectures and AI platforms. It is looking for an experienced Senior AI Full Stack Developer in Cluj-Napoca who can design, build and deploy production-grade AI applications end to end, from Python backends and AI orchestration to React front ends.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain end-to-end AI applications with Python and React/TypeScript
• Build backend services and REST APIs with FastAPI, Flask or Django
• Develop responsive front-end apps with React, TypeScript, Next.js, HTML and CSS
• Integrate front ends with backends, AI services, enterprise APIs and data platforms
• Build Generative AI and Agentic AI apps with LLMs, using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Haystack or similar
• Implement RAG pipelines (ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, reranking, response generation)
• Use vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, Azure AI Search, Elasticsearch) and LLM platforms (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Hugging Face)
• Apply prompt engineering, structured outputs, tool/function calling and model evaluation
• Implement agent capabilities, observability, tracing, guardrails and monitoring
• Deploy on AWS, Azure or GCP, containerize with Docker, use Kubernetes and IaC such as Terraform
• Build CI/CD pipelines and apply DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps and AIOps practices
• Write clean, tested code, take part in architecture discussions, code reviews and collaborate with AI, software, data and DevOps engineers

Required profile

• Experienced software engineer with strong full-stack fundamentals and hands-on experience building AI applications
• Generative AI and Agentic AI experience, including RAG architectures and LLM observability, evaluation and guardrails
• Cloud and DevOps experience, including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines and IaC
• Nice to have: multi-agent workflows, Kafka/RabbitMQ, OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect/JWT, streaming AI responses, enterprise search and responsible AI principles
