Regional Procurement Lead

About the role

Coface is looking for a senior Procurement professional to lead Procurement operations across the region and help strengthen Procurement maturity, governance and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the Group Procurement team, regional Finance team, regional leadership and business stakeholders, you will expand Procurement coverage, drive sourcing initiatives, enhance supplier governance and support transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy the Group Procurement strategy and contribute to Procurement maturity across the region
• Develop regional category strategies in partnership with Group Category Managers
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and supplier management activities
• Partner with senior stakeholders on business projects, sourcing and transformation initiatives
• Contribute to supplier governance and third-party risk management, including KYS, DORA, CSRD and operational resilience requirements
• Promote Procurement best practices, governance standards and stakeholder engagement
• Monitor Procurement performance, savings delivery, supplier performance and Procurement KPIs

Required profile

• Significant Procurement experience in an international environment
• Strong experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management and stakeholder engagement
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and manage cross-functional projects
• Experience supporting Procurement transformation, change management or similar initiatives
• Good understanding of procurement governance, risk management and regulatory environments
• Experience in financial services, insurance or other regulated industries is highly desirable
