Procurement Specialist (French/English/German/Spanish/Italian)

About the role

WNS Global Services, a global Business Process Management provider, is hiring a procurement specialist in Bucharest. The role supports the Senior Buyer in coordinating document processes with clients and handling purchase orders and requests for quotes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Buyer in regularly coordinating and reviewing document process performance with the client
• Handle complex invoice issues and dissatisfied internal and external customers
• Review and validate purchase requisitions and move them through the processing queues
• Generate purchase orders such as catalogues, punch-out and purchase requisitions with quotes
• Create Requests for Quote (RFQ) by seeking input from the client and key stakeholders and following special instructions in the requisition

Required profile

• Indirect procurement and sourcing experience preferred
• Advanced level of French, English, German, Spanish and Italian

Required skills

• E-procurement systems: SAP, MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access
• SRM and Oracle experience is an advantage
