Referent Inginer Producție – Tehnolog (Internship)

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience in aerospace manufacturing at Airbus Aerostructures in Brașov. You will work closely with production, quality, maintenance and logistics teams to understand and improve the manufacturing processes of aircraft components.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in CNC machining operations and learn basic milling, pressing, drilling and non‑destructive testing techniques.
• Assist in safety and quality training sessions and apply the learned procedures on the shop floor.
• Support calibration, 3D measurement and visual inspection activities to ensure product traceability.
• Analyse technological flows, identify improvement opportunities and propose optimisation actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to understand their requirements and constraints.

Required profile

• Current student in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or a related field.
• Strong interest in aerospace manufacturing and quality standards.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow strict safety and traceability protocols.
