Junior Disponent (MRP Controller) – DP

About the role

Join Airbus Aerostructures in Brasov as a Junior Disponent (MRP Controller) supporting short‑term production planning. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure the production schedule is realistic, monitor adherence, and drive corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and monitor adherence to the production plan, considering resource capacity such as manpower, machines and material.
• Elaborate the production schedule and recovery plans, assessing impacts on workforce, equipment, tooling, delivery dates and production partners.
• Prepare, lead and participate in weekly Master Production meetings with all stakeholders, securing commitments and challenging postponements.
• Validate and officialise short‑term planning and its impact on the industrial system (5M).
• Build, update and analyse KPIs that measure production plan execution and deliveries, defining improvement actions.
• Implement the validated production schedule in the production system and authorize manufacturing by converting work orders.
• Check work production schedules, MRP parameters, results and messages, and update the IT planning and scheduling tool.
