About the role

Join the Fuels Business of Bureau Veritas in Constanta, Romania, as an Operator. You will support the operations team by handling data and documentation related to fuel inspection, testing, and shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and maintain operational data in the required reporting system.
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of information before processing.
• Update records and resolve data discrepancies when identified.
• Process and maintain inspection, testing, and shipment documentation.
• Coordinate with inspectors, laboratories, customer service, and operations teams to obtain missing information.
• Generate standard reports and data extracts as required.
• Maintain data quality and comply with company procedures and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Higher education degree.
• English proficiency level minimum B1.
• Experience in data entry, administration, or operations support is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
