Working Student – Purchasing Project Management

About the role

Join Bosch in Blaj as a Working Student supporting Purchasing Project Management. You will assist the Project Manager throughout the Engineering Change Request process and contribute to various quality and commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in initiating and coordinating Engineering Change Requests from agreement to implementation.
• Maintain project data in the PILUM platform and coordinate supplier‑announced changes.
• Plan project timelines, considering economic aspects, and support quality departments with preventive planning, sampling, and test reservations.
• Assist Commercial Purchasing in tool ordering, price negotiations and provide Purchase Requisition numbers.

Required profile

• Enrolled in university or master’s program, preferably Economic Engineering or related field.
• Professional English level (B2) and strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with the PILUM (Purchasing Integrated Lean and Unified Management) platform.
• Knowledge of Engineering Change Request processes.
