Working Student – Line Engineering Support

About the role

Join Bosch's Cluj plant as a Working Student in Line Engineering Support, where you will apply your technical studies to real production projects and gain experience in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support plant ramp‑up activities, including data input and database updates.
• Participate in assigned trainings and projects to improve technical skills.
• Familiarise yourself with plant equipment and manufacturing processes.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a technical field such as Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Robotics, Production Management or Precision Engineering.
• Conversational English for communication with multicultural colleagues.
• Interest in manufacturing processes and willingness to support plant operations.

Required skills

• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
