New Truck Salesman – Suceava

About the role

Scania Romania is recruiting a New Truck Salesman in Suceava to join its team. You will specialise in selling new trucks to both new and existing customers, report to the Dealer Director Sud-Est Region and help grow the Scania brand across your territory. The position is on a permanent contract.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships and prospects: develop contact plans for product launches and sales campaigns, and act as first point of contact for customer queries and complaints
• Sell customer propositions: identify suitable products and services, present them with a clear rationale and negotiate commercial terms
• Maintain CRM data: schedule follow-ups and record details after each customer contact
• Support internal communications and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen external customer relationships
• Report non-compliance with policies and regulations within the team
• Take part in assessment, training and development, including formal training, coaching and mentoring

Required profile

• Experience in a sales environment is essential
• Trustworthy, tenacious and organised, able to work independently and manage time and workload
• Passionate about the job and its impact on customers

• Knowledge of the local and regional business environment and market trends
