General Manager Romania & Moldova

About the role

GE Healthcare is looking for a General Manager to drive its total business for Romania and the Republic of Moldova. The role defines and implements the commercial strategy for the region, optimizes resource use to cover market potential, leads all sales activities and owns the P&L, with growth targets set in the annual Operating Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Take full commercial responsibility for the GE Healthcare business in Romania and Moldova, including the entire HCS P&L.
• Define and run the commercial strategy, focusing on high-impact, strategic sales initiatives and commercial effectiveness.
• Co-develop an integrated business plan covering strategies, tactics, financial objectives, budgets, channel structure and resource deployment, and review performance against plan.
• Analyze the ecosystem's commercial capabilities, map market and customer trends, and help drive consistent marketing programs.
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships, leverage industry knowledge and lead the largest, most strategic deals.
• Manage account teams, develop and motivate commercial staff at all levels, and ensure compliance with the business code of conduct and EHS policies.
• Act as a role model for collaboration and drive organizational and cultural change.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven leadership in business management, sales and marketing with in-depth knowledge of the healthcare market.
• Experience structuring large, complex, strategic deals.
• Strong business acumen, financial analysis and budgeting skills.
• Fluency in English.
