Full-Stack Developer with AI

About the role

Bosch Engineering Center Cluj, founded in 2013, develops software, hardware and mechanical engineering solutions for automated driving, electric and connected mobility, applying artificial intelligence. It is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to design and build AI agents and applications for real business use cases.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI agents and multi-agent solutions for real business use cases.
• Develop AI applications using modern LLMs, agent frameworks and enterprise data.
• Integrate AI agents with APIs, databases, business systems and external tools using protocols such as MCP.
• Build context-aware AI solutions using RAG, vector databases and context engineering.
• Evaluate, optimize and improve AI agent quality, reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Stay up to date with AI agents, LLMs and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on software development experience.
• Strong understanding of software engineering methodologies and best practices.
• Experience building applications with LLMs or generative AI.
• Understanding of AI agents, prompt engineering and tool/function calling.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Java or Python.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, web services and message brokers.
• Hands-on experience with public clouds (Azure/AWS).
• Experience with AI-powered assistants such as Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong written and spoken English.
