F&A Specialist - I2C (Accounts Receivable)

About the role

Genpact is looking for an F&A Specialist (I2C) in Romania, working on an ITC (International Trade Company) portfolio. The role covers quality checks, client relations and collections queries, with a hybrid work arrangement and standard shift.

Key responsibilities

• Complete quality checks as defined and agreed in the client contracts.
• Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer emails about payments, disputes and collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as they occur.
• Prepare and complete SOPs or process manuals according to client and process requirements.
• Follow internal compliance policies and guidelines in daily operations.
• Perform daily internal audits.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Economics or Finance, or a Master's in Finance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Upper intermediate (B2) English and Greek.
