Commercial Finance Business Partner

About the role

The Commercial Finance Business Partner supports business growth by providing analyses and reports to stakeholders responsible for various commercial areas. The role works with all decision-makers, challenging existing solutions and proposing improvements based on data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify trends and risks affecting business performance, supporting short- and long-term planning
• Support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in delivering analyses of variances against budget
• Collaborate with teams across the European Hub to share solutions that meet local business needs
• Monitor the quality of management information delivered to operational teams
• Propose ways to mitigate budget risks, such as reward promotions
• Take part in field meetings to understand operational and structural changes
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit Risk, Operations and Finance teams

Required profile

• Degree in finance, economics or management
• Ability to explain performance drivers, risks and opportunities to stakeholders
• Proactive attitude and open communication
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs)

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Advanced English
