Accounts Receivable Specialist (Collections) - English/French/German/Italian/Spanish

About the role

WNS Romania, a leading provider of end-to-end business process management solutions in Europe, is hiring an Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist in Bucharest. The role covers collections, customer service on collection issues and account adjustments, and requires fluency in several European languages.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients, other internal departments, sales offices and other external parties about processed activities and help solve issues.
• Build good client relationships and maintain good relations with colleagues within the project.
• Handle collection tasks, including customer service on collection issues, processing customer refunds, handling Direct Debits, and reviewing account adjustments.
• Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
• Enlist the support of sales and senior management when needed to speed up the collection process.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections.
• Fluency in French, English, Spanish, Italian and/or German (minimum B2 level); good command of English is a must.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP Accounts Receivable systems.
