Accounts Payable with French

About the role

Ayvens, a provider of full-service leasing, subscription services, fleet management and multi-mobility solutions, is looking for an Accounts Payable specialist fluent in French. The role sits in a central office near Timpuri Noi metro station and offers a hybrid work setup.

Key responsibilities

• Generate core and non-core invoices
• Review and route customer inquiries or disputes, and communicate solutions
• Complete intercompany billing
• Analyze customer account balances
• Process invoices and related documents accurately and on time
• Monitor compliance of invoice processing against terms and company policy and controls
• Provide good customer service and build productive relationships
• Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency

Required profile

• University degree or diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics)
• Minimum A2-B1 written French
• 2 years of experience in accounts payable or receivable
• Experience in a multi-lingual international organization; may be required to travel for work

Required skills

• Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access)
• Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools is an advantage
• Continuous improvement mindset
